1. Batman never kills the Joker…or at least in the movies.
In the comic “The Killing Joke” Batman is actually forced over the line and silences the joker once and for all. All in all batman actually had the last laugh. Check out this scene from one of the last pages in the comic. (Left)

Smallvile, Gotham, Starling City…all these name are familiar to anyone with eyes and ears in the superhero realm, but none of which are actual cities you could visit in person. Surprisingly there only a handful of cities mentioned in the DC comic realm that actually exist.

5. Wayne Enterprises owns the Daily Planet
Yep. Within the DC comics universe Wayne Enterprises, the company that is controlled by Batman’s alter ego, Bruce Wayne, owns The Daily Planet, the newspaper that Superman’s alter ego, Clark Kent, works for. Coincidence?
