Oh, Thank you Ryan Block for catching them in the act. We all get reps we hate sometimes, and most of us hate the hoops that even reasonable reps make us jump through to do what’s right.
Comcast has made me drop off equipment and they lost track of it. I once dropped off legal papers for a family member who the cable company for unreasonable charges. They had an office in Denver where you drop off papers and it is the same as serving a human being. They must get a lot of haters.
